2. App Architecture & Data Synchronization
Our study and exam preparation applications are engineered to protect your focus and privacy:
- No Account Requirements: You are not required to create a profile, enter a password, or submit personal demographic files to use our software.
- Local Storage: Your academic study statistics, flashcard review intervals, test scores, and performance history reside exclusively in the sandbox storage of your physical device.
- Apple iCloud Sync: Multi-device progress synchronization is routed exclusively through your personal private Apple iCloud container. We do not provide, operate, or maintain secondary servers for this study data and have no access to your synchronization payloads.
3. Web Polling & Interactive Services
When you use interactive elements on our Site, such as selecting syllabus topics or submitting state expansion suggestions:
- You agree to submit accurate, non-fraudulent counts. Using automated bots, scrapers, or multiple virtual machines to artificially inflate voting tallies is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, reset, or remove any community votes, suggested syllabi, or user interaction modules without notice.
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing
Our premium study engines are distributed exclusively via the Apple App Store:
- App Store Billing: All financial transactions, subscription renewals, payments, billing updates, and refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple Inc. under their App Store billing terms. We never collect or store your credit card or financial indicators.
- Subscription Cancellation: You can manage or cancel automatic subscriptions at any time through your iOS Device Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
- Standard EULA: In addition to these Terms, your download of our mobile applications is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
